As part of a dynamic faculty ensemble, I contribute a thread of embodied learning to the leadership development process. Embodiment integrates felt-sense experience, emotion and thinking as the basis by which we understand self, others and the world we are embedded in.
At Banff Centre, I facilitate embodied practices that cultivate attention, awareness, resilience, empathy and collaboration. These practices are designed to support processes of self-reflection, relational engagement, and co-creation. Embodied practice helps us challenge default ways of being no longer aligned with our values, making room for new possibilities to emerge.
